How long does it take to receive an offer?

We can provide you with an offer on the same day as the enquiry.

After you have provided us with some details on the property, we can provide a formal offer and terms.

If our offer does not meet your expectations you are under no obligation to move forward.

How quickly can I sell?

We can do this in as little as 3-4 days. However, typically we complete on properties between 7 and 28 days.

We are happy to work to a timeline which suits you.

Can I keep my home listed?

Once an offer is agreed upon, we would ask you to remove any existing listings.

What if I decide not to proceed?

No problem at all. Selling your home is a big decision and at no point are you obligated to proceed with our offer.

If you decide later on that you would like to proceed, we can pick up right where we left off.

Is there a lot of paperwork?

We aim to keep the paperwork as hassle free as possible for you. An initial agreement and the legal paperwork are all thats required. We will take care of the rest.

Can a sale stop repossession of my home?

Yes it can! And we will work as quickly as you need us to.

Are there any fees?

None! Our business is fee free.
